                            Our body is made to perform physical duties in life. We're programmed to pickup, haul, lift over our heads, squat, and bend over. In our world today, a lot of society does whatever it can do to avoid physical activity. We have office jods that entitles us to sit at our desk for 8 to 10 hours straight. Then after work, we go home to sit again and have dinner and watch television until it's time to lay in our bed and sleep so we can start our sednetary day all over again.

                            We have to ask ourselves, why do we feel so sluggish, why does my back hurt, why am I getting sick all the time, and why does my medical report have a lot of red marks on the paper? Activity is our nature. We've been very active since infancy. Think about it, how does baby learn to crawl? They discover their hands, then their arms, and legs etc. After that, they get on all fours and begin to rock back and forth. Then they are off and crawling.

                            That's how it is when they start walking. They don't stop after they learn; they're off and running! How did we get to have such a sednatary lifestyle. I understand not all jobs are physical work, but we have to understand it takes physical work for us to live a healthy and prospering life. We can work to make our boss or our pockets feel good. How about we work out and eat healthy to make our internal being feel just as good, even better. Remember, our body is our temple, we have to re-learn how to love ourselves before the worlds system.
